"Die, Die My Darling" snarls with hooks Metallica would later cover, and "Green Hell" hammers down on punishing speed that all but invented crossover thrash. The whole thing was tracked from midnight to 6 AM after a show, and you can feel the bleary, blood-and-spit exhaustion in every note. Loud, ugly, and gone before you catch your breath.
